SmartConvertor provides free online tools for personal and commercial use. You may use our tools for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services to process illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to hack or disrupt our systems, or use automated scripts to overload our servers.

3. File Processing

When you upload files to SmartConvertor, you confirm that you have the right to process those files. You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload. All files are automatically deleted within 1 hour. We are not responsible for any data loss during processing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on SmartConvertor, including but not limited to logos, design, text, and software, is the property of SmartConvertor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SmartConvertor is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmartConvertor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services (which is zero, as our services are free).

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
